Elie Berlin Fokou found Africa Group-co in 2012. Before that, the promoter started the group’s adventure with a single store in one well-known market in Douala, Cameroon, after gaining extensive experience working in the trading business. Initially, the activity focused on distribution. Over time, the ambition of the promoter and his partners extends to other sectors, such as transit and manufacturing of beauty products.

Today, the holding Africa Group-co PLC regroups several companies and ensures the representation of hundreds of brands while developing new products. The activities cover investments, international trade, maritime operations, real estate, and manufacturing operations. The next move for the group is to be a global African company with international standards.
