In 1994 ELIE BERLIN FOKOU started his career as CHIEF SALES MANAGER at ETS WHITEMAN STORE where he developed his skills as a sales manager selling food and cosmetics products for 8 years. He later created his own shop ETS LA FORTUNE in 2002 dealing in Cosmetics. The creation of LA FORTUNE drove the creation of other companies such as FIRST STORE CAMEROON SARL cosmetics, GENERAL BUSINESS OF AFRICA PLC, RADITRANS SARL, and LA FORTUNE PLC.

Mr. KOTTO is a traditional ruler – chief of BOMONO BA – MBENGUE since 1995 where he exercises his chieftaincy position in his village over his people.
KOTTO holds a diploma in Administrative Management INSSAC Yaoundé in 2002 and DEUG in University of Yaoundé 2 SOA in 2000. He worked in the ministry of health as Liaison Officer from 2002 to 2010.
